General Terms

-	Orders from any country are welcome.
-	Delivery to outside of China goes at your risk because of missing CITES or phytosanitary papers (organisatorical reasons).
-	The plants were delivered without pot and substrate!
-	The normal delivery time is max, three weeks but in spring it could be more.
-	No substitutes unless requested except for smaller plants of the same number if sold out.
-	Each delivery goes at your risk especially outside China .
-	New Customers: If the plants are not payed within 21 days (from day of invoice) the order will be canceled.

Costs, Payment

For packing we charge $2

Postage depends on weight and destination country.

The invoice will be send as email attachment, or if requested, as letter with separate mail.

Delivery will be done after receiving the payment. Don't pay in advance. You will get an invoice with total price.

Comment

Beside a large offer of Haworthias and other leaf succulents, the assortment of Cacti and South African bulbs will be enlarged continuously, whereas the Sulcorebutias and rarer Mexican Cacti will be the main fraction within the cacti. All plants of our assortment can be withstand cooler temperatures (6° C) during the winter. They are grown in pure mineral substrate (pumice) and developing robust plants.
